Ordered a low carb high protein meal plan from them and their menu is totally unrepresentative of the dish that they delivered. For approx 233 pesos per dish, their meals are not worthy of the price for the taste and quality of the food. I have asked them to refund me for the three weeks of meals that I have requested to cancel and 2 weeks have gone by i have not received a refund. I ordered a Low Carb, High Protein 5-day subscription and got very disappointed with the serving size as well as the overall quality of the food. The photo I attached is just one of those disappointing meals that I got from them. Considering that I got 1800cals, this sad dish is probably even less than 300cals. Very dissapointed. I purchased a 30 day meal plan last Dec 31,2023 worth 17,500 but I cancelled it and asked for refund after they delivered the 1st day meal. It took more than a month before they refunded me partially for 5,000 pesos only. After that, endless weekly and monthly follow ups were made for the balance. I even tried to call them, but they only give false promises that they will deposit the payment tom, next week, blah blah blah. I've never felt so scammed by a Meal Plan delivery. Learned my lesson to also check their google reviews. For the record, I am not new to meal delivery plans.
