Service is super slow despite being a fast food. The person manning the cashier doesn't seem to know what she is doing. We followed up our order, and they seem offended that we're following it up. As per our order, I found it unusual because I could see from the kitchen that they have already prepared most, if not all, of the ingredients. The cherry on top, we waited quite a bit for an 'okay' food.

The workers were rude, and also refused to provide service water to customers. Very confusing as well, as the first cashier said there was service water but she was quickly interrupted by another worker who refuted this and said that they do not provide service water under any circumstances.
