This place is fun. But takes a bit of patience because their ordering system is through their internal website that's accessible via QR (and you have to be connected to their LAN). Not to worry, though, because service staff will assist you. Even billing out is through the system. Your orders will arrive via toy trains (so please be mindful if you're bringing kids, they shouldn't sit near that area because it's dangerous). They also have free self-service green tea, another reason why it's not safe for kids to sit in the inner side of the booths (hot water tap). The servings are just right.…

No sugar or syrup for me to desecrate tea. Jk. But seriously. Whyyyy:-( Food is good! Pricey but worth it! The train and racecar that delivers your food are ADORABLE. You eat here for the experience. Bring yo kids and your favorite man-child.

Your sushi cravings will be somewhat satisfied here, but it’s different from the conveyor belt sushi offered in Japan. The fish is less tasty, the sushi rice isn’t that well-made, they don’t put wasabi in the sushi itself. Granted, conveyor belt sushis in Japan aren’t gourmet food either but they’re pretty good for what they are. Genki just had a lot of things that were missing the mark. I recommend ordering the torched menu items instead of the raw ones. They’re more flavorful.
