authentic filipino by wildflour group! i would recommend getting their bistek tagalog 😋
While the Wildflour group's expansion seems to have led to inconsistencies in service, I'm still a big fan of George & Onnie's food. They elevate Filipino classics without departing too far from the authentic versions, and the quality of ingredients and servings are always reliable.
not an ube person, but i gave their ube brulee cake a shot and it was surprisingly good!
Early mother’s day at George and Onnie’s! Liempo - flavorful, sweet, smokey, with a bit of freshness to cut the fat from the salad. Really good, but nothing super out of the ordinary from something I mostly know as by-the-beach/pool food. Good show 8/10 Sisig - had a really monotonous crunchy texture. Flavor was good, nothing special - maybe could’ve benefited from a pinch or two more of salt but thats just me. Not authentic pampanga sisig but personally not complaining (about authenticity) - 6.5/10 Bicol express - honestly nothing to write home about. Flavor OK but it really left me feelin…
Hindi na makatarungan ang price. Quality and serving size decreased significantly. Pero ganun pa din kamahal. And this branch, lagi na lang mainit at mabagal ang service.
