Gerry's Estancia Mall (Gerry's Grill)

We are loving the new look at Gerry’s. It is my 3rd time here in Estancia branch and i brought my whole family for my mom’s 67th bday. We all had a good time and enjoyed great service and food!

Dolls was so helpful with suggestions and the food was delicious for my first true Filipino dinner

Honestly speaking, I was reluctant to come back to this restaurant to dine again due to some "unfortunate " experience before. But they proved me wrong.

They showed exceptional service especially Rana and Manager Beth. The food tastes great and there's no more "additional additives".

Dining here again truly made my day, it's a great decision to dine here again. Will surely come back for more.

Food is okey. Nothing special but is okey. The kare-kare and baby squid are good but the only one I liked is the green mango shake. Lumpia, and tokwa’t baboy were the usual taste. They accept credit cards including AmEx during payment. Crew are thoughtful but need to work on attention. Maybe at the time of visit, they are understaffed so it’s understandable. The atmosphere was outright noisy and the open bar where drinks and shakes are prepared is irritatingly loud. They should move that preparation part in the kitchen. We called to order food for takeout at 6 pm tonight, Aug 1, 2024 and informed them that we will pick them up at 7 to 730 pm.

When my goddaughter went to pick up the food, the food was not yet ready and she waited until 755 pm.

The INIHAW NA MANOK (2 boxes worth) were charred / burnt (see pics) and the lumpiang Shanghai and pork barbecue were salty as he//.

The card machine was not working and we had to pay cash because it was already running late.
