(OCT 12, 2024) They are one of three food stalls in the Glorietta's FOOD CHOICES. Staff was nice and patient but the ICE CREAM CHOCOLATE (Medium Size - ₱140, Add Milk Cream - ₱ 45) I ordered was too watery. Taste and quality is a minus for me. They accept gcash payment.

Service was slow, but staff were kind. Our drinks were just OK. Pearls are small, but it was chewy. There are better milk tea shops out there. Prices are on the cheaper side. The 50% was not that sweet, so the fruit tea i got was a bit sour.

The pure winter melon with black pearl (additional P25) for P135 tastes like sago't gulaman. When I asked to cancel an order because I want to try a new flavor, the cashier insisted that the supervisor is needed to get the code for cancelation who happened to be not available.

Drink was okay, but the customer service was horrible. The attendant refused to provide a solution when my diabetic parent requested to switch their drink from milk tea to slushie after making payment. I offered to pay the difference but the attendants there refused again and reasoned that they already finished the transaction. Because my parent who is already having a decrease in his blood pressure, my dad left disappointed. As a tourist and a fan of boba and frequent customer of Gong Cha, I was very disappointed, and I do NOT advice anyone who wants to have a good customer service experienc…
