Dined here just today - July 18. Loved the experience, the food was great, the service was fast and warm. A must-try. Would recommend to friends and would definitely eat again. The best was the cripy potatoes - loved the truffle dip. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Total paid was around 7k for a group of 5.
We ate here on a Saturday, around lunch time. They are still in a soft opening but their serving speed is surprisingly good. Staff are nice too. They immediately approached us and prepared our seats. They served complimentary bread and served us with cold water. They also have high chair for kids which is a plus for us. Ambiance is super nice, lovely decors, background music is acoustic. Seats are comfy too! They have a second floor so there's plenty of seats. And they have their own restroom. Food is good for its price. Review for Gianetto in Parqal (Visited on July 03): First off, the service and atmosphere were excellent. The staff was very accommodating. I had read previous reviews mentioning slow service, with some people waiting over 20 minutes. However, on the day we visited, the service was prompt and efficient. It seems they have made significant improvements. As for the food, everything was tasty and delicious. I particularly enjoyed the steak, which was very juicy and well-seasoned.
