The SM Muntinlupa branch of the restaurant chain. The food is good and there is a very wide array to choose from. Some would even say too wide, as it can be daunting to browse the thick menu, unless you're the sort who's very firm about what you like. But the effort is simplified by the well organized classifications — meat, seafood, veggies, drinks, etc. Fare is mainly Filipino-Western standards. We've been a Gilligans customer for as long as I remember but this branch has the worst customer service and food. Ribs served was cold - from freezer thrown at the griller, burnt the outside flesh but still uncooked inside. We asked them to reheat twice! Place is really smelly. They only had 3 waiters during peak hours on a weekend no wonder why service sucks.

Do not eat here. It's not worth your money. For the price, the food tastes mediocre. Nothing special. The serving was too small. They will serve you sub-standard food. For example, the sisig was not sizzling. The crispy pata wasnt crispy. Walang kwenta.

Ate today October 22, 2023 at around 8:00 pm. The food was good as always. The female crew wearing orange was very disrespectful it's like she didn't want to be there. She could actually see as calling her but ignored us. We already paid but she gave us another bill she didn't wait for us to say it. This was not a busy time there are only 4 tables occupied.

Very POOR service especially the manager himself. We ordered buko shake and he even repeated what we said and then more than 20 minutes later, we followed up the order only to hear from the other waiter that they don't have buko available. The manager then denied getting a buko shake order from us. What poor attention to detail! And his attitude didn't help at all. Instead of being customer-centric and offering alternatives, he continuously denied getting the order. We are NEVER eating here again EVER.
