I ordered last Dec. 29 and informed them to deliver my order on Dec. 31 5 pm but they delivered it late (10pm). The crispy pata still has hair and no taste at all and also the lechon roll is not properly cook. They also blocked me in FB Messenger so that I can no longer message to them and provide feedback (see image below). I noticed also that they are not using an official receipt. How can I support local and small business if their service and the quality of food is poor. I will not order again and I demand for a refund.
