My boyfriend ordered dulce de leche as what I have requested, he said to the cashier that he will come back after shift but it is already paid and reserved. then we returned it around 6pm we thought it was okay since that was what was given and the receipt was still attached to the box itself and then when I opened it as we arrived in the house braso de mercedes what was given samen not dulce de leche and then i checked the receipt if it is my boyfriend's fault but its not. The order that was given thru grab delivery was wrong, we talked to you and you said you would replace it, then when the rider came back, you were teaching and you fired the rider because he was old. Your treatment of the rider is more annoying as well as your mistake of not making a way.
