I'm not a fan of Gong Cha because their milk teas taste bland for me. I also don't like their menu. With this milk tea brand, I find that I need to load on the extras (which have extra charges) in order for me to get the taste that I want. When it comes to value for money, I don't really feel like I'm getting the most out of my hard-earned cash with this milk tea brand. Would I prefer other milk tea places over Gong Cha? Yes. Would I go here if there's no other better option? Yes, if they offer about the same or better price.
