One of my favorite milk tea places in Cebu because of the quality of the tea. Even their plain black tea is good.
My favorite milk tea place.
The drink here is underrated, they have nice service, but there is something that smells awful and I don't like it.
You are buying 90% ice with some milktea. Only a few gulps on a large drink and you get nothing but ICEE! Why?!
Our experience in here was very poor , we did not enjoy the milktea since we received our order without straw, so how can we enjoy sipping our milktea without straw?
