I ordered through grab because I don’t want to go out. Drinks arrived without straws. Who wants to drink their bubble tea out of cereal bowl and eat those pearls with a spoon. Ridiculous! This is the third time it happened to me. So, I assure you, your drink will arrive without a straw. Went back to the store to grab straws haha they don’t even apologize.
