The counter is the only air-conditioned experience you'll get because their seats are right outside. Direct sunlight isn't a problem here so warm weather can be tolerable, especially when the beverage is cold. Matcha Milk Tea is so good! Just seeing that unique shade of green makes it look appetizing, and the flavor is good at different sugar levels. This is a great option if I want something over-ice.

This particular branch only, my experience was not good, as the I had ordered a large Coffee Milk tea. And the staff punch the wrong size. It took 15 mins when my order was not yet assembled and I have noticed the size was wrong. When I told the staff about the wrong size, they insisted that I had ordered the small one. I said to them kindly upgrade it to large and will pay for the difference. They told me to order again the large one. So sad to hear that. I told them to assemble it, and they made it within 3 mins. And I had sipped the half, and throwed it away in a trash can. Coffee…

Gong Cha currently has a collab event with Genshin Impact and since I liked the rewards, my boyfriend bought me a drink from Gong Cha SM Mall of Asia. After I arrived home, I removed the plastic seal and threw the remaining pearls because I wanted to wash and keep the cup, however I saw a rusty washer stuck inside, at the bottom of the cup (pic attached). To add, the drink I ordered (Oreo Choco Ice Smoothie with 100% Sugar Level) tasted like water, nothing like oreo or chocolate. I do not know if the washer had any correlation to the taste.
