Gong Cha is one of the best tea shops! Try the teas with extra cream! It's heaven I guarantee you! Their hot milk tea is great for the cinema and the timing is good because this branch is located at the brrrr freezing corridors of Uptown Mall's cinemas!

Second best milkte place for me. I always buy their house special wintermelon or the house special golden ovaltine. The place is quite small for you to sit and its a bit gloomy, must be the lighting. But overall the product sold is good.

hello 👋 I just want to inform you that we go to Gong Cha Branch In uptown Mall today and sadly 😕 the customer service is not good and your staff is so Rude. We request an OR for our customer because I am a Grab rider,now the staff is murmuring at me and ask why that it's too late to inform them ....it's now our mistake because the customer is replying me late ...and now your Staff named Ella in Gong Cha Branch in Uptown act as a rude.Hope you will open your eyes to know more about your staff and their behavior

Extremely bad experience today in Gong Cha Uptown Mall BGC branch. I suggest you give a customer service training to Ms. Rhod because she talks rude, disrespected me (I just don't know if she also do this to other customers), and I believe they should smile at the counter instead of placing here eyebrows together. The worst crew of all Gong Cha store. I've been a customer for a long time. This was my first time to encounter this kind of crew. I hope this wont happen again.
