An elegant restaurant that started with making good croissants and eventually expanded into a full menu. They serve lunch and dinner at a specific time, while you can have coffee and breads at any given time. You can have the place reserved for special occasions. Their salmon gratin with miso is my favorite, but other options are just as good. Their breads are boxed nicely and is perfect for gifting.

Love, love the pain au chocolat and the pastelitos cubanos de quezo y jamon. Servers were very attentive. The thick drapes helped keep the heat from the sun from penetrating.

I thought it would be a simple cafe in The Hub area but it definitely exceeded our expectations. The pastries are well-crafted from the sweets to savory ones. The potato soup that we ordered was also superb and tasty. The ambiance is really cozy! A+ because of its picturesque wall and very accommodating staff! I would surely go back here when I visit Bacolod again! 💯🫶🏼👌🏽

Had a really good experience dining at Gorda. My dad and I always look out for new places to try when we visit Bacolod and Gorda did not disappoint. The place had a really nice and relaxing ambiance, friendly and accommodating staff, and damn good food 😁 The Carpaccio was our favorite! Will be back next time we’re in town 💞

Only dined in here for desserts. Nothing really special yet from what we’ve ordered. But we’ll come back again to try their mains. The only letdown though was the atmosphere, it was around 2 in the afternoon and the entire place was hot. It was uncomfortable for us customers.
