We were warmly greeted by Rowena when we arrived. Though it was late, she accommodated us well and friendly. She showed us the place and the rooms we will stay. Place is clean and vey comfortable. The next morning, we walked to the Bistro to get our breakfast and we were very happy with the food and the services provided. It was very comfortable also for her to call us when we forget a bag and she sent it to us expeditiously. In Vigan Govantes is a place you must go to rewind. Very relaxed, extremely nice staff and good food. Its located at the riverside. So the view is nice; same for the garden. We stayed for a couple of days in the Orange House next to Govantes. And had breakfast and diners there. Very recommendable!!

I love the place because it is a riverfront staycation and cafe. It has a sunset view, and there's no mosquito at all. The setting is cool because they have accommodation and a bistro in 1 place. They have plenty of parking, and it is near the main road. However, their service was so SLOW. We ordered matcha milktea and matcha frappe at 5:20 pm. The orders arrived at 5:41 p.m., yet the frappe was not available, so I decided to change it with matcha latte. I waited until 6:11 pm pm, and finally, our order was completed.
