Very interesting dishes. Having the option to cross order across set menus is great as we were able to maximize our dining experience. Amber jack iberico was a standout dish for me. Ambience was great, and the price for the 7 course menu is fair. The best parts of this menu would be the Hamachi sashimi, “Jamon,” Yakitori, and the Oscura. The Principal meat (we tried the Zabuton and Rubia Gallega) was just so-so, while the Tebasaki was too rich. I would definitely go back just for the Hamachi Sashimi. Seriously.
