Stayed in Bacolod for a week for work and one of my colleagues was vegan so we tried this resto. It’s a simple no nonsense cafe that offers vegan and vegetarian dishes ranging from fresh food to recipes that make use of. veggie meat. Food was great. Try their sisig (vegan) and their spaghetti (vegetarian) which proved to be delish—offfering you a great taste that doesn’t feel like it’s pretending it’s something it isn’t as is the case for mose vegan/vegetarian dishes mimicking non-vegan/vegetarian food. Had the mapo tofu with rice, veggie "beef" and broccoli, and eggplant hotpot with rice. All very tasty. The mapo tofu could have been spicier but still good. Maybe ask for it spicier if you order it. Highly recommended.

This place is such a 💎gem for vegetarians in Bacolod City, the headquarters of Inasal 🍗 and in the land of everything pork 🍖 Opened in 2020, right smack in the midst of the raging pandemic, this little restaurant serves simple but delicious Chinese vegetarian food, just down the road from 🌳 capitol park/Lagoon.
