We always eat here for dinner and always greeted by friendly sg and cashier. Food is good and affordable the only downside when dining here for dinner is they often run out of ice lol.

I ordered a pizza online and it took more than an hour before they dispatch. Driver told me that they’re not making the order as there is a problem on the system. And driver told me that the manager scolded at him. Very unprofessional. I’m disappointed not because the food was delay but because of the managers attitude.

Ordered here thru Grab, they cancelled the order AFTER 35 minutes of waiting. It was almost time for the delivery when they cancelled and I was so disappointed since this is not the first time they cancelled my order with the same circumstances. Will wait for most of the delivery time then they will cancel and if they miraculously comply to the orders, it will take at least an hour for one single meal. However, this never happens when we order from any other branch or even any other fast food chains, just from this branch. We just don't have a choice since this is the nearest branch from us.

We ordered lasagna with chicken and requested to give us leg or thigh part but they served us wing part instead. I asked to change it but the person inside the kitchen shouted only wing is available. Before we ordered, I told the cashier to give us leg or thigh part and she said leg part is available.
