Overall it was a good customer service naman. But I was just surprised that when I asked where the bathroom is, I was referred to the back door and when I open it, it was a jollibee's CR, so when I go out I exited thru jollibee's door and not Greenwich. Guess their friends that's why they share the same Restroom for customers 😂

First time in this branch. Ordered bonding bundle which has one 9 inch pizza, three lasagnas, three drinks, and potato waves. Tell me why it took more than 50 minutes before we were served? We kept on following up after 40 minutes had passed, no apologies - no reasons. Puro “wait lang po” Greenwich used to be our Family’s go to but now I’m reconsidering. Very disappointing

Decent pizza but why do they ignore basic instructions when ordering through grab? There is an area on the grab app where you leave notes for your order and I clearly said "no onions no pineapple" for the all in pizza. What does it arrive with. Of course both. Do we have to keep leaving negative reviews until they take notice and actually stop sending customers the wrong order.

Greenwich Maysilo- ordered thru grab, GF 348. i requested for breast or rib part but they gave me a leg part, the store did not even bother to call me if my request is not available or what. This is a very poor service. Will never order again. Bad experience!!!!
