I thought this branch is nothing like Greenwich SparksPlace, which is a worst greenwich branch for delivery too. but hello disappointment this branch is no difference. My pizza says veggies overload but its just onions&mushroom.where's the veggies and cream cheese? I ordered online and paid none promo menu. And you expect me not to retaliate? Please do not force to deliver if your short in ingredients. Almost forgot that the dip for the potato waves never got delivered. Yet the audacity to list it on the receipts. Don't the staff check the orders if complete before giving it to the delivery …

This is situated near MRT Cubao. We spent approximately 10 minutes waiting in line to place our order. However, when we ordered, the staff informed us that we would have to wait for 15 to 20 minutes. We hadn't received our food after 20 minutes, so we decided to inquire about the delay. Regrettably, our order was only brought to us after a total wait of 27 minutes.

This was my order today. The pizza was so hard you can't even eat. I asked the staff nicely if they could replace it kasi parang 4 na araw na un pizza, what the staff did was just to put it on the microwave and they did not replace. I can't continue eating it because it smells and tastes bad already. Horrible experiene. Also disgusting for a fast food that establishes their name over decades. Will never eat again on this branch.

Slow service. It’s been 30 mins but the food still not served. They advised us that it will only take 15 mins for my order. Not recommended!
