I've been in this branch about 9 times already since its opening. It had always been a great experience. Our visit earlier this evening however was horrible. The service was terrible. Whatever happened to gringo's amazing service? They said it would take 15-20mins for the food to be served but It took almost an hour before our food arrived. You know that awful feeling as you watch other tables near yours being served food already when you actually gave your orders earlier than them? I even gave them a list of orders in a piece of paper since we had different orders for 11 people but still 5 s…
