Highly recommended restaurant! Their chicken and ribs are indeed the best! A must try in Manila. Very sulit for their price. Each has complimentary nachos, which taste good as well. Kudos to the staff as well! They are very accommodating and attentive. We will definitely come back here!

Another great branch of the famous Gringos, my favorite small chain in Manila. The SM location is very quant with nice people watching spots and a great atmosphere even in a mall. The staff, especially, manager Ruby, are fantastically friendly and accommodating.

Most dishes are good, and I mean fabulously delish! I highly recommend the nachos...mmmmm!!! The Mexican rice was the so-so. If you are to order this, just get the regular boiled one since both taste the same. Service was okay, a six. Maybe because it was almost closing time or because they do not have service charge. They did not want our tip? I dunno. Nothing special nor worth citing. An area for improvement.

We were promptly seated after placing our orders with the hostess, who made a helpful suggestion to get the half chicken with three sides instead of two quarter chickens with just one side each, saving us money. Our nachos arrived in about 10 minutes and were some of the best I've had in the Philippines, second only to Silantro. The side dishes and main course arrived shortly after, but there was a mix-up, and we received ribs instead of the half chicken. This added a 12-minute wait for the correct order. We came with 9 pax and ordered 3 sets of food that is good for 3 people. After 30 mins we received 1 set. To the fact that we occupied a long table, they did not even compensate for the additional wait time for the remaining orders. Worst customer service. They even show that it is my fault for not clarifying. I simply order “ 3 sets of this(pointing to half chicken with 3 sides) and 2 pitchers of iced tea.”
