Gubat QC is a hidden eco-friendly kamayan restaurant that serves Filipino food on a banana leaf. That's all it is. Simple but they do simple very flawlessly. I enjoyed my lechon kawali meal with sides of creamy salted egg, vinegary pako salad, and a refreshing turmeric iced tea to wash it all down. The iced tea was remarkable! I only wish it had sparkling water for added fizz.
