Racks is well known for its ribs which they've been serving for decades. They're practically a household name in Manila when you're talking about ribs and this branch is located on the second level of glorietta 1. They now have these smaller combo meals for lunch which are excellent value. I had the chicken and rib combo which got served with dalandan juice.

Still the go to place for ribs! What to order: any of the Blue plate! Pro tip: TENYA and RACKS are sister companies (it think) so you can order at TENYA as well Will definitely comeback

We ordered pink lemonade for my mom’s blue plate special but were given dalandan instead. While the mistake wasn’t a big deal, it did affect our overall impression. However, the food, especially the ribs, was still good and had that Racks quality to it.

Racks Glorietta is a popular restaurant located in the Glorietta Mall in Makati. It offers delicious American-style barbecue dishes, especially known for its tasty ribs and fried chicken. I ordered the Black Pepper Salmon Barbecue, Fried Chicken, Chicken Salad, and Clam Chowder. The food was decent, but the staff's smiles were very impressive. I ended up quite full, so I left a bit of the salmon, but the atmosphere was great, and I had an enjoyable dining experience. I’d love to try other menu items next time!

The Classic Baby Half Rack Ribs I ordered was a disappointment. For the sides: -Mac and Cheese was so dry, almost no taste of a sauce on it; -Gravy Belgian fries was fine. -corn bread was a failure. They have so many branches across Metro Manila, yet the food is a mediocre.
