Delicious authentic chinese food is worth the wait. They observed health protocols and additional sanitation initiatives but some cheapens the experience like being offered plates in cheap unclear loose plastics.

Pet friendly. Delicious food served in timely manner. Staff are attentive and it was easy to get their attention even though we were seated outside. Portion size is huge. They accept multiple modes of payment. It is located facing the parking lot across Landmark. Hap Chan is beside Macao Imperial milk tea shop.

they turned down numerous customers because according to them they were already closed although the sign in fron says open. lazy employees. they were just sitting around, we had to ask for cutlery, plates, tea cups which were brought 2 at a time when there was 8 of us.

Don't order the buttered chicken rice topping meal. 90% rice 10% chicken portion. Then, the chicken parts were full of bones. The worst part is that the chicken has a spoiled taste already. I'm not going back.

For many years our family has between a fan of the original Hap Chan in Makati. Sad to say, that greed and franchising has since taken over, so if you are expecting the same level of food and service, then you will be bitterly disappointed. So here's the thing, my Dad and two young sisters visited the Nuvali branch of Hap Chan today, as my Dad currently has a bout of stomach flu and his doc asked him to eat some congee to settle his tummy.
