Eng Bee Tin’s products never disappoint, especially their hopia. However, this specific branch wasn’t great due to staff etiquette. We asked if they had a gulaman drink, and the cashier told us to get it from the fridge on the side. We went to check, only to find out they didn’t have any. We clarified if maybe they had stock, but they said if wala… then wala 🤷🏻‍♀️ The lack of pleasantries left a sour taste in our mouths once we left.

The cashier was seriously unwelcoming We don't know much about the product and were sincerely asking for recommendations but the answers were dismissive. The last item was punched twice and we just discovered it on our way back. These were supposed to be pasalubong.

Each time I buy something there, they don't accept cards and at the same time, they don't have change on a one thousand bill. If you only accepts cash, have the decency to have change available

Lady cashier was unwelcoming, I was asking for the price and had to ask again because of the noise inside the mall. she was annoyed and gave me the tone when she repeated the price. When she said the total, again with the tone…I was surprised because I only bought 2 items. Then I told her “parang ang taray mo” I waited for the receipt cos I know the total was not right. True enough she punched one of the items twice. So she returned the excess money paid. She should not work of she is not willing to answer customer questions. I was being polite and used po when I asked her, no need to be mat…
