One of the problems with food in Lipa City is it’s often dripping in oil. I’m happy to report Hap Chan was a welcomed exception. The food was flavorful, not overly seasoned with big portions. We enjoyed our lunch there and are excited to go back. We saw several items on the menu we want to try so we will be back soon. It’s not the cheapest place but the food (at least what we had) is worth it and it really isn’t that expensive since we took at least another meal home with us. Good job guys!

Went here and the service crew were nice, food was good, plus there is no service charge. The only thing I didn't like about this resto is the parking, it's way too uphill.

Food is great. Most of the time, the staff is very attentive and will make sure your requests are attended to. Some of the times, you will encounter staff that seems to be avoiding to be called by customers.

Very friendly and approachable staff especially kuya guard. Food is superb! The mixed meat canton is a must try!

The restroom must always be nice. If restroom is dirty so the food maybe dirty too.
