Using the number published here in Google Maps, I called the restaurant thirty minutes in advanced for our dine-in order. They accomodated our request and I advises the number of people, name reservation and estimated time of arrival. There was a table table waiting for us when we arrived. This restaurant offers one the best Yang Chow Fried Rice you can eat. I also love their Sweet and Sour Pork (I highly recommend this dish). The food tasted okay. However, what happened to your servings, Hapchan? It looked like the food literally got halved upon serving. Your Sweet and Sour Chicken was more like a Sweet and Sour "Breading". The only thing served in full was the rice, I'll give you that. Your Beancurd Rolls were as short as a pinky finger. The quality and quantity of the foods you're serving degraded. And yet, your foods are overpriced just because it's known for serving chinese cuisines. Shame.

We ordered the usual and popular dishes at Hap Chan- Petron NLEX, and while the food was delicious as always, the service was exceptionally slow. We patiently waited for about 30-40 minutes before our food finally arrived. We chose to dine there because of the great food, but it was disappointing to experience such slow service. Food is good for it's price. Not a lot of restaurant can do the same. The reception is very accomodating and easy to talk to. Some servers however are clueless at to what the dishes are. There was one dish that wasn't included when they served our orders. I asked one of them as what the difference is, they can't answer for certain. The dish arrived late and cold. The atmosphere is vibrant and clean.

**Hap Chan NLEX Review** Hap Chan NLEX offers a clean and well-ventilated dining environment with good security. However, the food servings are disappointingly small, with even the beancurd served in bite-sized portions almost same size as the table spoon. Additionally, the service is notably slow, which detracts from the overall dining experience. While the facilities are commendable, the portion sizes and wait times leave much to be desired.
