my go-to for cheap korean food,, really love their sundubu jiggae and bimbap
This is a good option of you like korean food. I ordered one of their new dish, a ramyeon with tteokbokki (i forgot the name) and its sweetness and spiciness is just perfect. You can order additional side dish like kimchi for only P45. The place is clean and well-lit too. You can find this place near the entrance of Festival Mall, facing Insular Life bldg.
Hapilee Korean Kitchen is a fast food located on the 2nd floor of Festival Supermall, beside Oishibatchoi and Togo Antigua, near the entrance. They have Korean-style foods to choose from. I chose the Tteokbokki cheese bowl with some fishcake slices and one hard-boiled egg. With P250, it can be pricey but worth it somehow. They have only a single all-genfer toilet. The seats are comfortable as they have couches.
Accessible korean food cravings. Ordered for to go the ff, with personal ratings Jajangmyeon (4/5) Good quantity, full of veggie ingredients (tumamis siguro dahil dito), but noodle a bit overcooked. Still good for its price range Soy glazed chicken (4/5) Ok naman, tender, of diff sizes Yangneom chicken (5/5) Personal bias, paborito ko eh haha Cheesy tteokbokki (3.5/5) On the sweet side, may kahalong oodeng. Still not a deal breaker. Fairly priced. Mauulit ang punta. 🙂
Went here because it's less crowded but Im amazed with the quality and taste of Korean food. They are good! Pretty interior too and dine area is clean, nicely setup with nooks for family or group and sofa/coach for couple or solo. Price-wise a bit high compared to Bonchon (Korean resto too). They must have under P150 to cope.
