Kept coming back to this Ice Cream place. Out of our 5days in Ilo-Ilo we went here 3x. The Batuan Ice Cream was such a flavor bomb, it had that sour tinge best paired with a sweet flavored ice cream. Baye-Baye ice cream was on point, not too sweet and still had that powdery feel as if you are eating a cold and creamy Baye Baye. Imagine eating ice cream at Molo Mansion, it felt serene and unhurried.
