I first tried Northpark in early 2000s. Back then, the quality of their food was quite premium —not gourmet premium, mind you, but good enough to be on the same level as the likes of David’s Tea House and Luk Yen. Nowadays, it’s much closer to Chowking, but still significantly better than the latter. We ordered two noodles in soup: Nanking Beef & Wanton (NS7) and Fresh Prawn Dumpling & Nanking Beef (NS9), both with Hong Kong noodles. This concerns north park glorietta branch (near landmark). We dined in around 830-10pm service was not good but we gave them the benefit of the doubt since we consider that they’ve had a long day. We had taken out the food order of my dad which is taipao. When we reached home I immediately gave him the food. When he opened it he saw that the item has a bite already. SUPER RUDE STAFF! The additional order (soup) took so long so we asked for a follow up. The lady staff with frowned thick eyebrows and pouting red lips said so many things about our order while she was catering other customers so I felt so humiliated and lost my appetite.
