Happy Leaf is my default choice for above-average delicious milk tea at Lucena. They have some familiar flavors among milk tea shops but the Ovaltine and Thai Milk Tea are the most interesting flavor favorites in my book. They're located near the escalator on the ground floor of Pacific Mall so it's very accessible.
