Another of my fave milk tea places in Cebu. Their rock salt and cheese series is the best. And the bonus, they don't seal the cups so you'd have to sip from the cup which is the way RSC should be enjoyed. Place could be crowded at times sinc they share the area with Flame It. There's also outdoor seating facing the Terraces and Cebu Business Park which offers a relaxing view.

I dont think it's worth the price. The 70 pesos lemon drink elsewhere tates way better than this 139 pesos lemon drink in happy lemon.

RSC Cocoa is a fave. And probably the only milk tea place in Ayala Cebu (posting as of 13 July 2018) that has a space to chill.
