I ordered one "Roasted MIlk Tea with Black Pearl Sago" for me, and one "Milk Tea Smoothie with Oreo Cookies and Cream" for my friend and an additional black pearl sago for the milk tea smoothie, They forgot the black pearl sago for the milk tea smoothie, the crew should've paid more attention with our order, and what's with the menu? Roasted Milk Tea Classic Roasted MIlk Tea with Black Pearl Sago You should've just removed the "with black pearl sago" if you're going to punch "Roasted Milk Tea Classic + Black Pearl Sago". I think it is one of the reasons why the crew messed up with our order…

So disappointed,I placed my order past 12noon,and received 2:30.Very poor customer service,so stressful ordering in this branch.I called the number indicated in the sms they sent,but the one who answered lied.Also I noted,less ice but they put 70% ice.😡😡😡

I'm not buying for your ice. So when i asked for less ice why do you serve partially filled drink? If that's the case, remove your people and replace with robots since black and white lang naman pala process nyo. If Starbucks and Serenitea can serve their customers with common sense, why can't you?

Negligence for the service crew handling the delivery. They're NOT checking orders. I regret ordering in this branch. If you ever think of ordering here from grab, make sure to take photo once you receive the item with the driver and food you received.
