Visited Cebu for a two-week business trip and basically subsisted on dim sum from this restaurant because it's my favorite. Hope you can bring these to Manila too 😭
Reasonably priced dim sum although one cannot expect the standard to be like those in Hong Kong or Singapore. Order bao, noodle, vegetables and 咕噜肉 and the totall bill came up to below 300 peso. Totally self self-service in term of ordering as they provide a QR code that lead to the menu and free wifi. Recommended!
🚫 Disappointed and Dissatisfied 🚫 Hey everyone, I feel compelled to share my recent experience at a restaurant I have been a loyal patron of for years. Sadly, I must say that I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the food I received during my visit. To begin with, the food didn't taste fresh at all. A very good 3.5 stars , price 8 sgd Wanton Soup: The soup was delicious with a rich flavor but felt a bit oversaturated, likely due to too much MSG or instant noodle seasoning. It was tasty but slightly too salty for those with heart conditions. The noodles tasted very similar to cup noodles. Dumplings: The dumplings were very delicious, with a nice texture and well-seasoned filling. The service was good, and the pricing is reasonable. Mushroom Dish: The mushrooms were super delicious, especially with chili, adding a great variety to the meal. Overall, while Harbour City offers tasty food…
After more than 15 years, the flavour, texture and satisfaction are still the same. But the style, energy and location have greatly changed, the room appears smaller, with several circular cubicles good for 4 to 5 people, the restaurant however is still in demand and you might have to queue to get a seat. In short the house is still full of people. It was however difficult to get the attention of the servers, they also confirmed that the iconic carts were removed due to staff shortage, thus affecting the end user experience with a less friendly approach.
