The place is nice! the rooms are well tidy and neat. It smells nice too. The staffs are accommodating and answers your requests with the best that they can. It has pool and gym access too. Not to mention the breakfast buffet which offers variety of breakfast according to your liking. Overall, it exceeded my expectations.

I recently stayed at Harvest Hotel for a business trip and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The rooms were quite spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. I had plenty of room to move around and felt very comfortable during my stay. However, what really made my stay memorable was the exceptional staff, especially Shin at the front desk. I don't usually write reviews for good experiences, but this hotel exceeded my expectations. I've stayed in many hotels for business trips and this was one of the cleanest hotels with the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in. The beddings and pillows, towels, smell fresh. The room layout was very thoughtful. There's a coffee station, a mini ref, table and chair such that you can work for hours in your room very comfortably. I recently stayed at Harvest Hotel with my family, and the experience was exceptional. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and great hospitality. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable - especially Hedric and Rod. The swimming pool was clean, and the food was of high quality. Breakfast buffet changed every morning, so appreciate the variety. I would highly recommend it!

The service doesn’t match the price. We check out on a rainy day, but the staffs just stood there without doing their job, such as providing us an umbrella or assisting us with the luggage loading to our car. Disappointing.
