We are regulars at Toyo and Gallery by Chele but this experience makes Helm our new favorite of the 3. Very personable experience and amazing food. It was something very special. Great job!

We took the 12-course dinner and the over all experience was excellent. Nearly all dishes exhibited the unique flavors except for two. Josh is a delight to talk to and very patient with inquiring minds, rather taste buds. Service is top notch. I wasn’t able to finish the last dish because I’m full, so I’ll make sure I’m starving when I come back.

Helm by Josh Boutwood at their new Makati, Manila location was a positively memorable experience. The service was impeccable, comparable to top Michelin star restaurants. The ambience was cozy with the appropriate volume of music and lighting. The 12 course tasting menu (with 4 different desserts) had ample portions that one leaves the restaurant well fed. Most of the dishes were excellent, but we weren’t too fond of the texture of the tuna starter and the chawanmushi was a tad watery. The plating done in front of us made for a good visual enthrallment between dishes. The 3.5 hours flew by …
