Hen Lin is one of those old Chinese brands that serves decent siomai and siopao for the price. If you can think of cafeteria levels of food, this is probably the best way to describe it. Their bola bola siopao is like the average siopao that you can think of. It's just average, but at least service is quick and easy to eat.
