I have always been satisfied with Here X but tonight I only want to give 1 star. The security with big mustache and tattoo is very rude and aggressive. (BTW，the other security looks ok) I got there early and was trying to bring my friends inside. The gaurd at the entrance yelled at me and asked me to go back. I wanted to wait for my friends there but he kept yelling. I told him "Don't be rude" Then he suddenly became very aggressive and yelled at me" Do you have a problem? " The way he acted is like he wants to punch at me. I am a foreigner here for 1 month and don't know much about Philippi…

Two things are sure: the food is totally tasty despite of its price, and the ambience is okay. However for the service, at peak times it is really hard to get the attention of the service waiters. That one time we went here, we had to call the waiter twice just to update the food we ordered. And it's not even at peak times. 😕

Ambience is ok and there is something new in the menu, but the service is poor... We ordered pizza, taste is ok, but was served very cold, it's because the pizza we ordered stayed in the counter for so long before it was served to us. The cocktail we ordered took forever to be prepared and served. Even the service water we requested, we have to make not one, not two but three follow-ups! We went there on a sunday, and during that time there are only about 7 tables, including us, with customers, so I wonder what if the whole place is full, how long will we wait for our orders?
