Food is good however there were too much ingredients in my pho which adds confusion. Not really sure if the carrots work but it's okay. Broth was a little too dark for my taste but still great if not a little salty. Interiors were nice! Parking can be a little sticky but lucky for me I was the only one dining during lunch.

I'm always thrilled when I find Beef Pho priced below ₱200, and Hidden Vietnam definitely delivered on that front. The broth in their Pho is truly exceptional. It was so flavorful and well-balanced that I hesitated to add any lime juice; it tasted fantastic even without it. However, I wasn't particularly impressed with their Vietnamese Burrito. It didn't quite hit the mark for me, but I'm looking forward to trying their Banh Mi on my next visit. Impressive artwork inside the resto. It was a weekday evening that we visited. This resto is tuck inside the old House of Lasagna resto. Food was great, staff were accommodating. We ordered prawn spring roll that is 6pcs huge spring rolls with a nice peanut sauce, a seafood pho and a Vietnamese coffee. We took out another order of spring roll, for a total of more than a thousand pesos which I find reasonable. Pho though can be improved. But overall, we had a pleasant dining experience.

FOOD Beef Pho: Surprisingly it's okay but not great. Beef was tender so plus points to that! I was just expecting for it to taste more like cilantro-ish than basil-ish??? (if that was even the herb prominent in the dish, so I'm not sure) My husband loved it tho ☺️ For the price, it's worth it. Fried Tofu Spring Rolls: 1 out of 5...
