I just want to share my experience as I was in this cafe. I just got home here in this country and I decided to get a cup of coffee asan energy booster (like any other pinoys out there). Located inside domestic terminal departure area, highlands coffee is your Vietnamese coffee fix. Their cafe Sua Da has the same taste and texture (and strength) as viet coffees. However, their Banh Mi is entirely different. Only half of the bread is filled with fillings, which is not true to their advertised photo in the menu. Nice staff - they were overworked with an airport bulging with passengers from delayed and canceled flights, but still managed a smile. Cash, credit cards and e-wallet payments accepted. Mostly drinks but a few food options. Coffee is their main focus, but currently they’re also offering pork, chicken or tuna banh mi sandwiches. Also pizza slices. Quality is mediocre but you have few choices in the domestic departure terminal. Food would be better if their microwave worked, or if they microwaved things longer, or best of all if they ditched the microwave for a toaster oven!

The worst Bánh Mi I have ever had. Nothing like on the photos in the menu. Old bread roll and barely anything inside, mostly cucumber. Plus the staff tried to scam me for 50 pesos mansplaining to me several times that 20p coin is actually 70p. Avoid at all cost!

After 30 minutes of waiting, I received defective cups holder that spilled my 2 drinks 😭, I was left with one drink but to my dismay, it taste not the same with other branches. Poor customer service, could not even apologize for the inconvenience. Staff not sure on the ingredients too, incorrectly put the wrong gelatin. 😓 Overall, waste of money. Save yourself the trouble, don't visit this branch.
