This is a japanese specialty coffee shop that has there own roastery. Coffee was roasted and brewed so meticulously that the coffee tasted smooth and delicious. Staff were nice and very knowledgeable about the coffee and different types of beans used. Ambiance is also very welcoming and calm.

Cozy, welcoming, and serves great coffee. Their coffee can be had without sugar because they only serve medium roast. But if you want sugar, just let the barista know and they’ll be happy to make it the way you prefer. I’ve been here many times and the service and their coffee never disappoint.

Specialty coffee enthusiasts would love this place, not just because of its offerings but because of the vibe of the cafe. I was told it’s the only 4th wave coffee shop in the Philippines. Himawari boasts beans that are meticulously farmed and brewed to a high standard. Expect to wait longer than usual for your orders. They also have pasta and cakes. Card payments are accepted.

The speciality coffee was very well done. We did the slow pour method. There are other methods of making coffee available here. The ladies serving the coffee and pastries were very kind and provided excellent service. The snacks were tasty and exactly what is needed to accompany the coffee. It was a welcome break on our road trip.

As the name says, it specializes for specialty coffee. For coffee lovers this is something you might explore. Unfortunately the coffee I ordered was just ok. Pls do note that for specialty coffee it is pricier. The cream puff though was delicious. Nice ambiance and instagrammable. It is just small so it could get crowded if there will be more customers.
