We opted for the shio ramen and kara miso meal set, finding it to be a good value given its generous serving size. The flavors were delightful, with a tasty and savory appeal. The katsu was both crunchy and flavorful, and the cheese sushi was particularly enjoyable. However, I personally found the ramen noodles a bit thick—I prefer them thin. The matcha ice cream, not overly sweet, perfectly suited my taste. This Japanese restaurant is certainly making its way to the top of my favorites list.

Our go-to ramen place. This branch handled the lunch peak hours well. Their staff are courteous and responsive. Order did not take too long. Food is good for the price with ample serving too. The only downside during our time of visit was the airconditioning not able to efficiently cool the place, but it was tolerable most of the time specially when more people got out of the store. Overall the experience was good.

This Shio Ramen is very recommendable; it has that mild savory soup, and the noodles have a very nice texture. The quality of their soup is what I think they do best. I also got the Char Siu Pao; it's the softest bun I've tried so far. Their tori karaage and sushi were just fine, though. The service was very good here.

Fast service compared to other Hokkaido Ramen Santouka branches. Even the ramen was served faster than expected prep time. Will come back again.
