Everything we ordered were flavorful but not greasy. Though that flavor is not the in-your-face, or mind-blowing kind. We felt full without the feeling of sluggishness which is common to Pinoy cuisine. Must be the lack of too much oil, and use of herbs and spices instead. I find the Hokkien fried pork with vinegar to be better as finger food than an ulam. Crunch is just right. Roasted half chicken tasted like those good roasted Peking duck from Hong Kong but without the lansa. It's my fave so far. Their yangchow fried rice has night and day difference as that of Chowking. Tried various dim sum dishes and generally all ok except the Har kau (steamed prawn dumpling) which was bitter so we rejected it and got it cancelled from the bill. Suimai was good as was pan fried radish cake and steamed pork. The lumpia spring rolls were very good as were the har gok (fried prawn dumpling). The beef ho fan was ok but had shredded lettuce in it...not a fan of shredded lettuce in fried noodle. Service was good. Not cheap at about peso900 per person but we did end up with taking away some noodles. All in all not bad and will probably go back.
