Their beef stew used to be my favorite for a long time. I always eat it with a side of their kimchi and rice, ofcourse. I got really disappointed the last time I ordered beef stew for take-out. I was excited to eat it when I got home. To my dismay, the broth(or sauce) looked too dark. Then when I tasted it, it was too salty and the meat wasn't tender. I barely couldn't eat it. Did they change the recipe? To add to my disappointed, the kimchi tasted less spicy - almost no spice. I hope the owner reads this. Something is not right at their Shangrila branch.
