You get what you pay for. Very cheap rate but the room needs some work. Bathroom fixtures are broken and water presure is weak. The room is generally dated except for the tv which is smart and already connected to the wifi. The staff is helpful and friendly. One thing going for the hotel is that it has a parking area and not on the street.

Very bad experience about this hotel! The room has defective air conditioner, the service assistance takes more time to address your inquiry(2 hours). No refunds even though you don't want to consume the room at all

Booked this hotel because it's close to my apartment and I wanted to get something done. When I arrived to check in, it took good 20 minutes for the staff to verify my reservation via Agoda. There was a form to fill out but they could not provide it due to a broken printer, and keeping the ID could have been explained prior. When I got to the room, it was generally clean, but I was bothered by the mirror overhead and the wall sticker. Harts Hotel was certainly an experience, neither good or bad. It was an okay budget hotel but definitely not that something that you wpuld want to go back. When we first entered the lobby was fine, in fact it looked decent and clean. The staff helped us pick the rooms and were nice. However when we went onto the elevator it felt dangerous and unsafe; it sounded like it was gonna fall. The hallway was eerie and dark, it did not feel welcoming to the guests. I am writing this review to warn potential guests about my horrific experience at Harts Hotel Quezon City. My stay was nothing short of a nightmare. I had booked a room through Agoda, providing my staff's ID as requested. Upon arrival, the hotel staff refused to acknowledge my reservation, insisting that my staff was the intended guest.
