The food sucks, waitresses will shortchange you (if they even bring your change), and beggar kids at the door pestering customers. Besides that, the beer is cold & cheap, the girls are hot & friendly, and the place is always packed. HD was better when Phil was running the joint.

Howling Dogs Bar is a vibe! The staff is like your drinking buddies, and the drinks are a whole mood. They've got everything from fancy cocktails to your classic brews. The place is buzzing but not too crazy, just the right spot to let loose. If you're looking for a cool hangout with awesome drinks, Howling Dogs Bar is the spot. Cheers to good times! 🍹🎶🤘

Chill bar with free pool and live band, ladies are pretty entertaining. I was a little surprised they sell a Jameson bottle for 5,000p when every club and bar in Cebu sells it for 2500-3000 but I guess that’s up to the Canadian owners discretion . In the end I still bought 8-10 lady drinks so I can’t say I didn’t have fun but If it wasn’t for bottle pricing I’d gladly come back, buy some bottles and party.

Too noisy ! they had a life band and even after the life band finished at 11 pm they continued to play extrem loud music ! the chairs in their beer garden were very uncomfortable ! the draft't beer pilsner and others was not available ! the food was not good and the sizzling squid was a extrem small portion ! because of the loud music a conversation was impossible and it was even hard to order something as the waitresses could not hear me when i called them for a new order !

Afternoon visit, don't think this is their prime time. Very quiet, staff were less than motivated, hey we all have bad days. I visited howling dogs in their previous 2 locations, both were better in my opinion
