Good food with generous portions. Everything tasted freshly cooked which isn't always the case with grilled seafood restaurants. They also have good meat dishes like their spicy lechon belly, which was perfectly crispy and seasoned.

"Hoy Panga" is a restaurant along C5 Road, cor. T. Castro St., near E. Rodriguez Hospital. It is a small restaurant specializing in tuna meat cuisine. Beside Hoy Panga is a "Kanin Baboy" where they sell packed lechons in the counter. Tuna Salpicao, though oleaginous, is delicious. It is best to eat with rice, and they have unlimited rice and soup meal as well. Please note that they impose 5% service charge for every meal. Parking is limited. Their inihaw na tuna panga is a family favorite, especially by my dad. It'Don't forget to ask for their rich barbeque sauce, they are a good match! I came by today and ordered it with a soup. It's nice for them to have a bulalo soup side dish im the menu (for only 60php) so I wouldn't have to order the whole thing. Its already good for 2-3 persons. I'm always a happy customer :)

Love tuna kilawin and bagoong rice. Sinigang is too sour salt even fish sauce can't control sourness. Sinigang not to recommend. Ambiance needs to improve. Slow cooking service but accommodating staff.
